• The contact form collects the name, telephone number, and message provided by the visitor.
• The review form collects the client's name, optional company name, star rating, comments, and consent to publication.

Do not send Social Security numbers, account or routing numbers, passwords, access credentials, regulated customer information, health information, or confidential company records through the website forms or the initial WhatsApp conversation. If an engagement requires sensitive information, the parties should first establish a written scope and an approved transfer method.

6. Retention and security

HERO retains contact requests and review submissions only for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, moderation, publication, business operations, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Access to the administration area is restricted. HERO uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information involved, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
